This page is all about the history of this website and what it was used for in the past up until its present day use.
The Three Cs // Triple C Nation // CCC Nation
Cory, itching to create a YouTube group with his friends Corey and Calvin, came up with all three of the names above all at separate times. He couldn't really decide which one was better, but he liked the idea of using one of them to address the group of him, Corey and Calvin by. However, none of these three variations of the same name ever came to be as the group name. The next group name is the one that beat this one to the chase.
The Middle Guys
This name was voted on by all three members at the time - Corey, Calvin and Cory. This group name dubbing took place at Corey's house on the day of the 2013 Super Bowl. It happened several hours before the game even took place on television, so the three boys had much time to waste. Why not use it to decide the first name of the group and make a video or two? A half-year later, on July 14, 2013, Corey uploaded a video on the subject of what happened to The Middle Guys. He simply stated that it died and the group would no longer go by it. It was unsuccessful, did nothing and Corey absolutely did not like the name. He said that he only went with it at the time for whatever reason.
Thus, it was clarified that this was the end of the Middle Guys. The name was killed but not the group itself. Before Corey's first video, which was two videos priors, he had once again deleted all of the videos on his channel as well as the group logo. He went and changed his YouTube username and channel profile picture, birthing the next group name. This one is the very name that got the group back on its feet and working productively for once.
Gonna Creep Your Pasta
What came next was the obscure name that is "Gonna Creep Your Pasta". The name originates from Corey simply wanting to reply to a certain comment on a video. As being part of the entire joke, Hamilton changed his username to Gonna Creep Your Pasta. Yes, this does mean that Corey never originally intended to have this as the new group name. However, he liked the sound of it and it wasn't all that bad. From that point on, Corey went back to making and uploading videos. The very first video to ever be made through the reborn group channel was a Facebook App Spotlight.
Eventually, the group had planned to do a big film that would be a parody of Star Wars. Before this, Zane was invited to be part of the film since he was the new member of the group. Before Zane spent that day with the other three members, Corey took Calvin and Cory outside to rehearse for the film so they would be a little prepared for it in advance. However, the next morning Corey woke up and looked down at his Mortal Kombat logo T-shirt. This was the perfect inspiration for a new idea that would be the big film. No longer was it Star Wars. No, this film had to be a parody of Mortal Kombat. Yes, it would be a 'video game fighters in real life controlled by casual teens' film. What's possibly better than that? The final final film never became available for viewing. However, thanks to Zane, he uploaded a clip of it to his YouTube channel. You can watch it below.
However, due to many difficulties with trimming and editing the video, it was quite a while before the complete final stage of the video was done. Zane is to credit for editing the film and adding all the effects. Afterwards, his work was done and the film was finally done and ready to go. Originally, Corey was supposed to be the one who edited the film and added effects to finalize the film, but instead he decided to have Zane, who is after all the Chief Editor of the group, to do it instead. This was a big step in history for Gonna Creep Your Pasta. It was believed by all the members that the upload of this film could have been a big starting point for the group to get big and successful on YouTube. Unfortunately, this never came to be.
Sadly, these good and close friends came to a major disliking of the obvious difference in treatment Corey was giving each member. Corey thought otherwise and exploded at such accusations, leading to the build-up of a huge online argument between all the members, mainly Corey and Cory. Gonna Creep Your Pasta fell into a downwards spiral and permanently was no more as Corey took down GCYP's Youtube channel and Facebook page. All that remained after Corey's tantrum was this website, which would slowly await its rebirth and reuse for something anew.

TOTAL DRAMA SIMS WEBSITE
Many months after collecting virtual dust on Cory's Weebly account, the website was finally put to use for something else. Since it already existed, and GCYP was no longer a thing, Cory figured that he could transform the site into a website for his Total Drama Sims series from his YouTube channel. At the time, it seemed like a great idea, and maybe, just maybe, it could help direct Cory into finding motivation to continue the series.
Instead, he got nowhere with it and all that was really changed was the Website banner and possibly some of the Home page. Several months passed by and then, finally, the website was used for a new Youtube group channel. What you see today is what the site gradually became over time.

JOKES ON US!
All of that history lead up to the site becoming this: the website home for "Jokes On Us!," a new Youtube group channel that's willing to make a name for itself on YouTube. Cory, along with Jacob, would establish the idea of them and their friends coming together to create a YouTube group gaming channel. Thus, the group was founded. The name, however, didn't come along until around a month or so later.
Jacob and Cory sought out various friends, recruiting them into the new clique. Even Zane, former GCYP member alike Cory, was brought into the mix. In the end, "Jokes On Us!" became what it is today.
